Old Dominion has been forced to postpone several dates of the No Bad Vibes Tour after frontman Matthew Ramsey sustained injuries from an ATV accident.

The frontman took to social media on Tuesday afternoon (Mar. 28) to share the unfortunate news with fans via a statement.

“Disappointing News”

“Well friends, I’m afraid I have some disappointing news. I was in an ATV accident that has left my pelvis fractured in three places. The good news is it’s gonna heal just fine. The bad news is I’m gonna have to stay home and recover for a little while.”

“I know we all had plans to sing and dance together in Key West. I was looking forward to that so much! We will make it up to you! I promise we’ll keep you updated on my recovery and any other shows that might be affected. This tour has been such a blast so far this year and before you know it I’ll be back out there with No Bad Vibes! Love you all. -M”

Ramsey’s injury caused the award-winning group to reschedule three performances this weekend in Key West, Florida at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater. The affected shows include March 31, April 1 and April 2, all of which have been moved to next year.

Rescheduled For 2024

The shows have been rescheduled for March 22, 23, and 24, respectively.

Old Dominion said, “If you had tickets for the rescheduled shows, you don’t need to do anything. Your current ticket will be honored for the 2024 shows. For instance, if you are holding a ticket for Friday, March 31, 2023, that ticket will be honored for the rescheduled show on Friday, March 22, 2024. If you are unable to make the 2024 shows, full refunds will be offered at point of purchase for the next 30 days.”

It remains unclear if the band will need to reschedule additional shows at this time, but Old Dominion says to “stay tuned for updates regarding future shows.”

Well Wishes

Fans and fellow artists flocked to the comments section to wish Ramsey a speedy recovery.

“Get well soon brotha,” wrote Frank Ray, while Greylan James shared, “Praying for ya buddy 🤝.

The five-time ACM Group of the Year and five-time CMA Vocal Group of the Year recently released the music video for their current single, “Memory Lane.”

The clip was directed by Mason Allen and Nicki Fletcher and put’s the band’s storytelling abilities at the forefront.

“’Memory Lane’ has already become such a special song for us,” Ramsey shared in a statement. “This is one of the most ambitious videos we’ve ever put out as we took a different approach in telling our story visually. There are so many memories and very personal touches intertwined in the visuals. It’s a special one to us and we hope it is to you too. Big thanks to Mason Allen, Nicki Fletcher, and GEMINI for knocking this out of the park!”

The song is the lead release from OD’s Memory Lane (Sampler), which is out now.
